The Lady Braves had an impressive week. With 5 Volleyball matches on the calendar, the ladies had to dig deep to bring it home but pulled through with some spectacular team play.  The Braves advanced through the week without dropping a set!

The team started with a dominating performance against a talented Clermont Northeast team.  Attacking the net were Kathy Ning and Hunter Fry, the two sophomore standouts! They were flanked by a great defensive performance from senior libero Teensy Zang.

The Volleyball Braves have looked impressive in their first two matches..  The Braves return 7 players with Varsity experience and will be a force to reckon with this year.  Sophomore standouts Hunter Fry and Kathy Ning have both made huge strides during the club season and are already dominating their positions.  Seniors Teensy Zang, Audrey Koster, Annabelle Berwanger and Allison Kennebeck have looked sharp in the early season matches and bring a combined 12 years of Varsity experience to bolster the lineup.  Junior setter and co-captain Haley Henry is running the floor and leading the Braves attack.

Coach Ellen Hughes, respected teacher and VB coach was honored for achieving her 250th win at Indian Hill.  Coach Hughes has been the face behind Indian Hill Volleyball for 18 seasons.  She has maintained a high standard of volleyball achievement in that time. At Monday's game vs Roger Bacon (Coach Hughes is a Bacon alum) she was honored by AD Jeff Zidron for achieving her career 250th win this season.
