Indian Hill boys varsity tennis ended the season with 3 players qualifying for the State tournament and losing in the Southwest District Team Finals to CCD by a score of 3-2. Seniors Christiano Lima and Milan Bhandari won their first round at State, then lost to Columbus Academy in the quarterfinals in 3 sets. Columbus Academy went on to the finals, losing in 3 sets to CCD.

Indian Hill boys varsity tennis had a strong showing at the Cincinnati Sectional, advancing 6 to the District tournament. Junior Andrew Pregel won the singles tournament, while Junior Maanas Pisati took 3rd place. Seniors Milan Bhandari and Christiano Lima took 1st place in the doubles tournament, while Senior Mrinal Singh and Sophomore Mack Ellis took 3rd place. Senior Pablo Guzman also competed in singles, but hit a tough draw against the #1 seed from Cincinnati Country Day.

Indian Hill boys varsity tennis defeated Seven Hills 4-1 in the Team State Southwest District Semi Finals. Freshman Anay Gautham won on 2 singles 6-2,6-3, Junior Maanas Pisati won on 3rd singles 7-5, 6-1, Seniors Milan Bhandari/Pablo Guzman won on 1st doubles 7-5, 6-2, and Senior Christiano Lima/Sophomore Mack Ellis won on 2nd doubles 6-0, 6-2. Junior Andrew Pregel lost in a hard fought third set supertiebreaker 11-9 to fellow top ranked Cincinnati player Nick Williams. Indian Hill’s overall record is 12-8 as it has played a challenging schedule including some of the best D1 teams in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Kentucky.
